Turning Circular Ambition into Action
Bridging the gap between circularity theory and real-world implementation, Triple Helix is a Circular Economy innovation framework designed for producers of physical products. It helps organizations move beyond concepts and into action by identifying Circular Strategies and the Circular Building Blocks needed to achieve them.
Our framework is built on established circularity models, ensuring alignment with leading reporting standards such as CSRD ESRS E5, GRI, and CTI. By integrating proven strategies with practical solutions, Triple Helix helps companies confidently navigate circular transitions.
How It Works
Triple Helix connects two key dimensions:
Circular Strategies – The strategic outcomes that drive circularity in your products and business.
Circular Building Blocks – The design, ecosystem, and business model elements that bring the Strategies to life.
By combining multiple Building Blocks across categories, organizations create a system that is stronger than the sum of its parts, much like the strands of a helix reinforcing one another.
Who It's For
Triple Helix supports organizations that:
✔ Design and produce discrete physical products across any industry, volume, or value.
✔ Have ESG reporting in place (e.g., annual sustainability reports, SBTi, CSRD).
✔ Understand Circular Economy fundamentals and are ready to explore implementation.
With a structured yet flexible approach, Triple Helix empowers businesses to build circular solutions that are both effective and scalable.
Circular Strategies
We’ve summarized circular materials flows (like recycling, refurbishing, biochemical processing, and maintenance) from different world-renown frameworks into four categories of Circular Strategies. These are Use Less, Use Longer, Use Again, and Regenerate. Each cateogy contains its subset of Strategies.

Circular Building Blocks
We’ve experienced that effective circular solutions thoughtfully combine multiple Building Blocks to achieve Circular Strategies. These Building Blocks work together and create a system that is more powerful than the sum of its individual parts, similar to the strands of a helix. We’ve consolidated these Building Blocks into three categories.
